Greg passed away tragically in a car accident in 2001, and his son now known as Mr. Bomb was only 3 years old. The name of Greg's band was "Mr. Bomb" and Mason has been carrying on the name Mr. Bomb in his honor. These songs were recreated, brought back to life, and improved by Mason Hetrick, Vince Swaney, Henry Skutsdorf, and Nate Lista. The goal of releasing this project was for Mr. Bomb to not only honor and remember his father for what he did, but to also learn more about his father through embodying his music. Mason (Mr. Bomb) Hetrick says that he learns more about his father, and essentially himself, through stories people tell him at and after shows. This album is why Mr. Bomb does what he does and is who he is. REMEMBER MR. BOMB!
